HarGroup
Omnibus
is a monthly
telephone survey of randomly selected Calgarians and Albertans. The service
provides an innovative and inexpensive way for you to conduct accurate and
unbiased customer research without tying up valuable resources. You participate
by buying space on our questionnaire and inserting the questions you need
answered.
How
do clients use the HarGroup Omnibus survey..
Clients use HarGroup Omnibus surveys to answer a variety of questions that they
may have. Some examples include:

HarGroup
Omnibus surveys samples of Calgary and Alberta populations. Within each of
these populations, two survey sample options are offered.

You receive
data reports that present basic frequencies of your questions and cross
tabulations between your questions and demographic questions asked in the
survey. If you wish, you may purchase a computer disk with a data file
of your questions and demographic variables.

Omnibus 2006 schedule...
HarGroup
Omnibus surveys run every month, except December, giving you access to regular
customer feedback. Questions must be received approximately one week in
advance of the survey implementation. You receive data reports within the
second week of the month following a survey.
